ELIJAH was founded in 2003 in a small downtown Chicago loft, and as others have come and gone, ELIJAH offers clients enduring continuity providing trusted digital forensics, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. Chicago remains our headquarters, and although ELIJAH offers a variety of remote solutions for clients in all areas, our Chicago office is within easy driving distance from other large northern Illinois communities such as Aurora, Cicero, Elgin, Evanston, Joliet, Naperville, and Rockford, and is a short 90 minute drive to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Over the years, ELIJAH has worked on a variety of Illinois’ highest profile digital forensics and eDiscovery matters. One of the most newsworthy was the investigation of then-governor Rod Blagojevich. ELIJAH has performed work for many of the region’s largest employers, including universities, insurers, manufacturers, and other organizations.
ELIJAH’s senior management has long-standing ties to Illinois, having started their legal careers together at one of Chicago’s largest law firms before entering the digital forensics and eDisovery industries. ELIJAH CEO Andrew Reisman lived and worked in Chicago for over 30 years. He also has deep ties to central Illinois, having earned degrees from the University of Illinois College of Law and Illinois State University, and worked in Springfield, Illinois as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Harlington Wood Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Andy and other members of the ELIJAH team have testified as experts in digital forensics and eDiscovery in Illinois federal and state courts.
Founded in 2003, ELIJAH’s corporate culture is rooted in confidentiality, integrity, and expertise, leading to its recognition by The Silicon Review as one of the 50 most trustworthy companies in the United States. Over the years, ELIJAH has received numerous industry recognitions for its award-winning digital forensics, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and information technology expertise.
